Functional Foundations for Hypermobility: Virtual 1:1 Care & Rehabilitation
Specialized Virtual Care for EDS, HSD, & Chronic Instability
If you have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder (HSD), or chronic instability, you know that traditional rehabilitation often fails to address the root cause of pain and dysfunction. Many approaches focus solely on strengthening muscles without considering neuromuscular control, proprioception, and postural alignment, which are critical for long-term stability.
I have been certified through the international Ehlers-Danlos Society and the EDS ECHO program, where I have studied with leading experts and clinicians from around the world to develop innovative strategies for hypermobility rehabilitation. My approach is designed to help individuals regain stability, reduce pain, and build a foundation of strength and resilience in a way that is safe for hypermobile bodies.
How My Approach is Different
🪷Certified & Evidence-Based – I have trained with the International EDS Society and the ECHO Group, working alongside global experts in hypermobility rehabilitation.
🪷 Stability Before Strength – Unlike traditional PT, I focus on neuromuscular retraining and postural control before loading unstable joints with strength exercises.
🪷 Pain Reduction through Alignment & Movement Education – Learn how to move efficiently and reduce micro-injuries caused by poor proprioception.
🪷Tailored to You – Every session is customized to your specific challenges, from joint subluxations and autonomic dysfunction (POTS, dysautonomia) to chronic pain and fatigue.
Who Is This For?
• Those with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) or Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder (HSD) struggling with joint instability, chronic pain, and frequent subluxations.
• Patients with autonomic dysfunction (POTS, dysautonomia, chronic fatigue) looking for a gentle, integrative approach to movement.
• Individuals who have tried traditional PT but need a more specialized approach that acknowledges hypermobility challenges.
What to Expect in Virtual 1:1 Sessions
🌀 Neuromuscular retraining to improve proprioception and joint stability.
🌀 Guided functional movement therapy to safely rebuild strength without flare-ups.
🌀 Breath-work and postural control strategies to support autonomic nervous system balance.
🌀 Pain management techniques tailored to your body’s unique needs.

Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP)
Rest and Repair Protocol (RRP)
That SSP is a 5-15 hour virtual intervention designed to reduce stress and sensitivity while calming the vagus nerve and balancing the autonomic nervous system. Science has discoverd new techniques and technologies to calm the vaus nerve and ways to adress trauma and stress. This method accesses the vagus nerve through the acustic system- our ears. Using this is a simple and easy to use program, yet the treatment is powerful and can create profound shifts in awareness and your ability to process and integrate new concepts and emotions.
There is new data supporting this program as a component for Long Covid treatment. This is an easy add on for regular (1) hour coaching sessions. I will monitor activity to provide insights, support and Coaching. 24/7 text email is available with this program.
The SSP can be experienced via tele-health session/remote delivery, and typically the therapy takes place within a scheduled coaching session to ensure quality care and a more holistic approach. Some may prefer this program as a stand alone care. This can be an option for those who are in regular therapy sessions. we can discuss this as an option.
RRP is a new program with a similar delivery system that is more specifics for stress / dysautonomia versus trauma.

Shared visits increase the learning that occurs when we come together as a group.
Life can bring unexpected events; From month to month-cash flow may be difficult for some. I have a sliding scale for those times. Ask me about this when scheduling.
I received a social equity grant and I’m able to deliver safe and sound services for those that are in need. Please let me know if that is you, or people that you know could benefit from this work.
I would love to hear from you!
