After an initial 60-minute evaluation and first session, we’ll design a custom home exercise program tailored to your needs. Weekly 30- to 60-minute sessions will help you become comfortable with your routine while addressing any aches, pains, or energy concerns—a process that may take a few weeks as we fine-tune the program.
For those ready to build on their progress, I offer small-group classes (2–3 participants) for individuals at a similar exercise level. These classes provide an affordable option while fostering the power of group connection and support.
