I've been a physical therapist for 35 years. Before that, I trained at an international mime and comedy school, where I learned to read a body long before I had clinical language for what I was seeing. I've been meditating since 1977. I live in a body with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, and I've spent decades learning what it actually takes to build resilience when your physiology doesn't follow the textbook.
That combination of science, practice, and lived experience is the foundation of everything I do.
I work with people navigating hypermobility, chronic pain, mast cell activation, dysautonomia, long Covid, and the full spectrum of invisible illness. These are conditions that don't fit neatly into a fifteen-minute appointment or a standardized protocol. They require someone who understands the nervous system, respects the complexity, and knows that when you've met one person with invisible illness, you've met one person with invisible illness.
My work is rooted in self-regulation, neuroplasticity, and decades of clinical biofeedback.I’m an executive Sleep Coach and can help you access the powerful healing of great sleep. I teach people how to work with their own nervous system, not against it. How to access the capacity for change that's already built into your biology. How to stop outsourcing your healing to systems that were never designed to see you clearly.
This isn't about fixing. It's about understanding. When you actually learn how your system works, you stop guessing and start building something real.
